Moor of Morocco
To be called a Moor means you are speak one of the Hassaniya dialects regardless of your skin color. Although there are Moor peoples scattered across nine African countries, the largest number of them live in Morocco. There has been little to no response to the Gospel among these 3.1 million Moor people in Morocco. They are 100% Sunni Muslim with very few Christians among them.
Muslim Background Believers (MBB) are often victims of persecution at the hands of Islamic Extremists.
